Modifications & Repairs May Include:

• Installing handrails and grab bars

• Adding vision panels to doors

• Replacing knobs with lever-style handles or faucets

• Applying non-slip adhesive strips

• Amplifying phone ringers and doorbells

• Modifying spaces for wheelchair access

• Changing smoke detector batteries, HVAC filters, sprinkler heads, and more
