The Senior Center of Boulder City offers a wide range of programs and services for adults age 50 and older, all designed to enhance well-being, encourage active lifestyles, and support independent living. From recreation and nutrition to health resources and essential services, we’re here to help you stay connected, engaged, and thriving. Many of our offerings are made possible through valued partnerships with local community organizations—because together, we can make aging well a community effort.

HSMR

This incredible service helps improve home safety and accessibility for seniors—helping you feel more secure, independent, and comfortable in your own home.

Nutrition/Food Services

Learn about our nutrition and food service programs that promote healthy eating habits and provide delicious meals for our senior community.

Activities

Enjoy a variety of activities, participate in educational programs and take advantage of community resources.

Additional Services

Computers
We have 2 computers for members to use.  Access to the computers and internet is password protected.  There is a charge for printing or making copies.

Library
Members are welcome to enjoy our wide selection of books, puzzles, and DVDs, all available for check-out. We also offer large print and talking books for those who prefer or need accessible options.

You’ll find our cozy library inside the Common Area, making it easy to browse during your visit.

Looking for something new to read or solve? We also offer a free exchange section with plenty of puzzles and paperback books—take one, leave one, and keep the fun going!

Come explore, relax, and enjoy a little something for your mind and imagination.

Gift Shop
The on-site Gift Shop is a convenient shopping stop for SCBC seniors.  The Gift Shop sells jewelry, gifts, cards and decorations to name a few items available.  Many items are donated from the community, allowing the Gift Shop to sell quality items at reduced prices.

Hours: 

 

  • Monday and Friday: 9am - 2pm

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10am - 2pm

Community members can check-out equipment at no cost based on availability:
